Lars’ passion for personal training and fitness coaching was first sparked while he was a firefighter and EMT in Woodbridge, CT.
Lars recalls, “While I was going through the training process for both careers, I realized that while I loved helping people, my real passion was for training people to help avoid the kind of situations they faced every day.
